Farmers and Food Sources
We source as many of our ingredients as possible from local farmers, artisans and vendors. Here are a few of our partners that we’re proud to work with:
Bush Valley Farm – Adamsville, Ohio – Scott and Jean produce some of the best pork in Ohio. Their pigs lead happy, healthy lives and are raised on pasture. We source all of our pork for pulled pork (including for the delicious Havana Chaz cuban sandwich), as well as bulk ground pork that we use to make sausage in-house. Learn more at www.BushValleyFarm.com.
Hartzler Family Dairy – This magnificent, all-natural, GMO-project certified dairy is located in Wooster, Ohio. We source milk and butter from them, and you can taste the difference! Learn more at www.HartzlerFamilyDairy.com.
Hittle Farms – We source farm fresh, pasture-raised eggs from Hittle Farms in Dresden, Ohio. Learn more at www.facebook.com/Hittle-Farms-CSA-627655220615582
Hop Shop Rabbitry – These guys supply the meat for our famous rabbit dishes! Learn more about them on their Facebook page, www.facebook.com/Hop-Shop-Rabbitry-852038168205590/
McNutt Farm II – Grass-fed, all-natural beef, which we use for our hamburgers, featured steaks, and specials. You will taste and see the difference when you taste this beef! Learn more at www.McNuttFarm.com
Spacious Hill Farm – The family farm of Brad and Melissa Pauquette supplies The Bridge with a steady stream of micro-greens. These nutrient-dense greens, grown fresh indoors all year long, take our dishes to the next level. Learn more at www.SpaciousHillFarm.com.
Wilson’s Family Farm – The Wilson family grows all-natural produce year round in their greenhouse right in Putnam. We source produce as available. Check out their page on Facebook: www.facebook.com/wilsonsfamilyfarm
